Current Traunsee Escape launch direction: founder-led operation with two completed escape rooms. The planned operating company is Renner Interaktiv GmbH. Final staffing and employee cost must be reset after the 19 August 2026 BH outcome and the revised opening scope.

Launch roles

• Staffing must cover guest arrival, briefing, game control, clues and reset for the two opening rooms without making one person a single point of failure for emergency response.
• Starts are staggered. Each room should reset in roughly 10–15 minutes.
• If the children’s room opens, it needs a dedicated adult host for the whole event. Its launch date has not yet been fixed.
• Party-host duties include handover from the booking adult, child-count control, food/cake coordination, supervision, a clear stop procedure and cleaning/reset.
• On-site safety and evacuation responsibility.
• Technical maintenance and on-call support.
• Cleaning, bookings, customer contact, marketing and finance.
• Founders cover reservations outside the employee's schedule.

Employee facilities required for the submission

• One WC must be reserved, marked and lockable for employees. A customer WC may be converted to this staff-only use.
• The kitchen is planned as the separated staff room for eating and drinking.
• Provide lockers/wardrobes for employees.
• Show these facilities and their intended use in the detailed plan and operating description.

AI-assisted briefing and hinting may be developed later. It is not a launch dependency, staffing saving or safety control.

• Employee pay, employer cost, exact schedule and contract, including whether children’s-room hosting requires separately paid cover.
• Absence, sickness and emergency backup.
• Training, cleaning allocation and busy corporate-group coverage.
