Current launch model: founder-led operation plus one approximately 20-hour employee. Founder time is unpaid in the break-even model; the employee cost still needs to be priced.

Launch roles

• One human operator normally covers guest arrival, briefing, game control, clues and reset across all three rooms.
• Starts are staggered. Each room should reset in roughly 10–15 minutes.
• On-site safety and evacuation responsibility.
• Technical maintenance and on-call support.
• Cleaning, bookings, customer contact, marketing and finance.
• Founders cover reservations outside the employee's schedule.

AI-assisted briefing and hinting may be developed later. It is not a launch dependency, staffing saving or safety control.
