Archived HVAC annual-cost report snapshot

This standalone report is a 13 August 2026 planning snapshot for the earlier four-room layout. It is not a statutory heat-load calculation, tenant-unit energy certificate, ventilation calculation or equipment quote.

The estimate predates the 14 August move to concealed ducted indoor units and the 19 August BH meeting that changed the project to a complete five-escape-room plus children’s-room layout, with only two escape rooms fitted out at opening. It must not be used as the current HVAC design, annual operating budget or approval evidence.
