HIGH NEXT PRIORITIES
- Prepare the BH submission: Use the attached official BH protocol
Ge20-3865to assemble the operating description, detailed construction/escape-route plans, land-use/cadastral/open-space/site plans, heating and ventilation projects, accessibility design, employee information and waste concept. Confirm Renner Interaktiv GmbH as the applicant/operator, the current forms, procedural route and final copy requirement before filing for a maximum of 50 people. - Freeze the approval layout: Reconcile the protocol/listing/plan areas of 325/375/355.25 m², then plan the complete hall immediately for five escape rooms plus the children’s room, while finishing and opening only two escape rooms at launch. Show every room, wall, door, emergency opening, escape-route length, corridor width, accessible WC and maximum people per room.
- Close the fire and egress points: Herr Gillesberger checks the fire-separating construction below the hall and the currently non-fire-separating wall to the neighbouring hall. The hall exit door likely needs replacement so that it opens in the escape direction and has the required panic hardware.
- Commission the technical projects: An electrical contractor must design the required general and emergency/escape-route lighting. An installer must calculate room-by-room air requirements and prepare the ventilation project; dB data, data sheets and positions for ventilation and heat-pump equipment must be submitted to the BH.
- Protect budget and lease: Price the expanded customer and staff sanitary facilities, fire/safety work, building services and complete shell fit-out before relying on the existing financial model. Confirm Hall 2 boundaries, ancillary rooms, parking, approval condition and reinstatement obligations in writing.
